Welcome to Zatca Connector. This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Apps Valley ("Company", "we", or "us") for the use of the Zatca Connector software ("Software"), which connects your QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop account to Zatca for sending invoices and sales receipts.
By using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.
Apps Valley grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software for the purpose of integrating your QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop account with Zatca for sending invoices and sales receipts.

The Software and all intellectual property rights in and to the Software are and shall remain the exclusive property of Apps Valley. This Agreement does not convey to you any rights of ownership in or related to the Software.
The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. Apps Valley disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
In no event shall Apps Valley be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of the Software, whether in an action of contract, tort, or otherwise, even if Apps Valley has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Software maps invoice data from connected platforms into the electronic document submitted to ZATCA. You acknowledge that source data, mapping settings, connected-platform behavior, and later changes to a source document may affect whether the source document and the submitted ZATCA document remain identical.
Apps Valley uses its best efforts to support and map the different settings, tax configurations, options, and document structures used by each User and connected platform so that the VAT or other tax total and the tax-inclusive invoice total in the submitted ZATCA document match the corresponding totals in the connected platform. Because connected platforms and individual account configurations can differ or change, this best-efforts mapping does not replace your review obligation below.
After every successful submission, and before issuing, sharing, recording, or otherwise relying on the submitted document, you must review it and confirm that its tax-inclusive total and other material invoice data match the corresponding document in the connected platform.
You can perform this review using any of the records made available by the Software: the PDF/A-3 generated from the signed XML submitted to ZATCA, the signed XML itself, or the corresponding record in the ZATCA Documents section of the Software. The signed XML is the primary record of the invoice data submitted through the Software.
If you identify any mismatch, you must not continue to rely on or distribute the document as correct. You must promptly contact Apps Valley support and take any corrective action required by applicable law and ZATCA procedures. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you are responsible for completing this review and for consequences that could reasonably have been avoided by timely review and notification.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. Apps Valley may terminate this Agreement at any time without notice if you breach any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies of the Software in your possession or control.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Apps Valley regarding the use of the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter of this Agreement.
